By accessing or using TradeLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

TradeLab is a personal trading toolkit that allows traders to journal trades, analyze performance, calculate position sizes, and track trading rules. The Service is provided as-is and is intended for personal use only.

TradeLab is not a financial advisory service, brokerage, or investment platform. Nothing on TradeLab constitutes financial advice.

You may create a free account using an email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.

You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeLab. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without written permission

All content on TradeLab — including calculators, statistics, analytics, and any generated insights — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance displayed in your journal does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Your trade data belongs to you. We store it securely in our database to provide the Service. You can export your data as CSV at any time and request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

We strive to keep TradeLab available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unavailability of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via the app or email.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeLab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability in any matter related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero for free users).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
